We hope that you will enjoy your new puppy for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy upon leaving our home. Please read and understand our contract prior to purchasing your new puppy.
1. The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of the purchase/puppies arrival.
2.If the examination indicates that at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for purchase die to illness or disease, you may return the pet at your expense to the breeder for an exchange of equivalent value.
3. If within one (1) year from the date of birth, a dog is found and certified by a licensed veterinarian to have congenital or heredicary disorders which adversely affect the health and longevity of the animal, and if Breeder and Breeders Veterinarian is notified within two (2) business days of the beterinarian's determination, the breeder will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. However, the breeder will not be responsivle for veterinarian fees, costs or shipping costs.
4. There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the pet.
5. In the event of any litigation in connection with this Guarantee, Breeder will be paid reasonable attorney fees by the purchaser. Venue and jurisdiction for the litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Breeders County and State.
Registration papers for all registered puppies will be sent by regular mail. If the papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of obtaining new papers. However, we will assist you by providing a copy of these papers. It can take up to 6 months to 9 months to get registration papers.
Limitations of Guarantee:
This guarantee is non-transferable. The dog must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred. No replacement will be given if breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia are over weight or over exercised. No replacement if the registration application form has expired. You must follow the Breeder recommended nutritional program, including recommended dog food listed on your puppy instruction form included in your packey. Cherry eyes and entropians will not be covered on the bulldogs. All dogs must not be over exercised during their growth period. Over exercising is as follows: running with the dog or jumping the dog. All the above mentioned conditions must be met or all guarantees above mentioned will be void. All laboratory verification must be done by a licensed veterinarian. The owner is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Seller. Seller is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced dog or puppy. Seller sells pets for companion purposes only.
Our puppies are sold as pets, if inteding to breed/show please specify so that we can do our best to be sure of the quality. Thank You!
I, the purchaser of a puppy from said breeder hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy of this document as well as described herein pertaining to my pet's health inspection signed by a licensed veterinarian. Further, I accept the terms and condidtions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders printed in this document, and I waive and relinquish any and all other rights that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurence. The purchaser acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this document. |
