Bulldog Obsession reserves the right to refuse stud service to any dam without reason or explanation. We only breed our studs to healthy, AKC registered dams who have had at least one prior heat cycle and exhibit quality in conformation. Our vet, Dr. Beukelman of Avenue Vet Clinic, is an experienced Bulldog vet and his clinic offers progesterone testing, AI or surgical implant at reasonalbe rates. We deliver semen or the stud dog to the clinic when needed. If the Dam does not conceive, a repeat breeding is offered one time within the next calendar year at no charge other than shipping cost if semen is to be shipped. The dams owner will pay any veterinarian costs for extracion of the semen and any other costs for the dam. The repeat breeding is not transferable to another dam. If the stud of choice is unavailable a substitute will be offered.
Owner of the Dam agrees to pay all beterinary expenses necessary for veterinary extraction, implantation, necessary paperwork, and any other veterinarian costs of this breeding. Bulldog Obsession will not be responsible for costs of veterinary expenses necessary for this breeding.

Method of Stud Service payment:
Payment must be made in Check, Cash, or Postal Money Order only. Payment Must be made prior to semen extraction.
_____ (A) Agreed upon Stud Fee of _______________ will be paid prior to extraction of semen.
_____ (B) Owner of Dam being bred with above named stud, agrees, in return for use of semen, to allow Bulldog Obsession to have first pick of puppy, of Bulldog Obsession's choice, from litter whelped from this breeding. Puppy will be delivered to Bulldog Obsession at 8 weeks of age, in good health, with all necessary shots, wormed, and written veterinarian health examination, and full AKC registration. If by chance, the dam only has one living puppy from this litter, and owner of dam, cannot give Bulldog Obsession first pick puppy, the Owner of dam, will pay Bulldog Obsession a stud fee in the amount of $750.00, which will be due immediately, upon request.
